Cancellation and no-show
Clear notice helps protect the time set aside for counselling.
Cancellation policy
Please give notice where possible.
This keeps the practice sustainable and respectful of all clients.
Notice period
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice are not charged.
Late changes
If you are running late or need to reschedule.
Charges depend on how much notice you are able to give.
- If you are running late, the session may still end at the scheduled time.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at 50% of the session fee.
- Missed sessions with no notice are charged in full.
- For a reduced-fee arrangement, cancellation charges are based on the agreed session fee.
- I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please get in touch and I'll consider these individually.
- Cancellation fees apply to self-funded sessions; funded sessions follow the funder's terms.
