Relationships
Relationships can bring up the parts of us that protect, please, shut down, or overthink.
We can look at what keeps happening, together.
At a glance
What we can work on together
We look at the patterns that show up between you and others, and practise clearer ways to respond when possible.
This work usually includes
- Patterns that shape how you reach, withdraw, protect, or please
- Moving from reactive message loops to clearer communication
- We clarify the situations that feel most difficult
- Sessions are 50 minutes and we review the work regularly together

Common signs this shows up as...
- Repeating the same conflict, shutdown, or over-explaining loop

- Being constantly connected but still feeling unseen
- Struggling to set boundaries without guilt or fear of losing connection
- Finding repair hard after hurt, misunderstanding, or rejection
- Feeling lonely even when you are not alone
